Bipolar Symptoms

Bipolar Symptoms

I am not a doctor. These are just my opinions dealing with my own personal experience. If you are feeling suicidal, here is a link to a suicide hotline.

Bipolar Symptoms can be tricky. I know with my Bipolar, in the winter, somewhere around September, I start going downhill into a depression, but then around March ( which is when I’m writing this now ) I start comming back to normal. You have to be carful to watch the symptoms on both ends, but expecially on the upswing because if you get manic, that can be extremely dangerous. (I found that out the hard way once)

I’ll tell you that I try to keep an eye on the Bipolar symptoms as best as I can because I would love to keep an even line, but for some reason I swing in the summer and winter months. That is probably borderline SAD, Seasonal Affective Disorder.

Anyways, I put a few books below that I found useful when I was first diagnosed years back. I hope you will find them useful as well.

Here are a few Great Books on Bipolar Disorder
